1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Vetwoop mobile application, website, and related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

Vetwoop is an all-in-one digital platform for pet owners. Our services include:

AI Symptom Triage: Julean, our AI assistant, provides preliminary guidance based on described symptoms.
Vet Clinic Booking: Find and book appointments with verified veterinary clinics, including optional home visit services where available.
Health Records: Store and manage your pet's vaccinations, prescriptions, lab results, and weight history.
Pet Supplies Marketplace: Browse and purchase pet supplies from verified third-party vendors.
Pet Travel Compliance: View travel requirements for your destination and track your pet's compliance status.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vetwoop and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Vetwoop, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the Security settings. Deletion is irreversible and will erase all personal data, pet records, appointments, and triage sessions. Some data may be retained for legal or tax compliance as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation, facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

10. Marketplace Transactions

Vetwoop facilitates the sale of pet supplies through third-party vendors. Vetwoop is not a party to the transaction between you and the vendor. Vendors are solely responsible for their products, including quality, safety, and delivery. Any disputes regarding marketplace orders should be resolved directly with the vendor. Vetwoop may assist with order issues but does not guarantee product quality or availability.

11. Home Visit Services

Some clinics offer home visit services. Vetwoop facilitates the booking of home visits but is not responsible for the conduct of the veterinary professional during the visit. You agree to provide accurate address information and ensure a safe environment for the visiting veterinarian. Home visit fees and availability are determined by the individual clinic.

12. Travel Compliance Information

Pet travel requirement information provided by Vetwoop is for reference only and does not constitute legal or regulatory advice. Requirements may change without notice. You are responsible for verifying all travel requirements with the relevant authorities of your destination country before traveling. Vetwoop is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or outdated travel requirement information.
